2. PRODUCTS

All products sold by Premeditated Coffee Co. are whole bean specialty coffee roasted in small batches in Cave Creek, Arizona. Product descriptions, weights, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or refuse service at our discretion.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order on our site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions.

Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship within the continental United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@premeditatedcoffee.com with a description and photo. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including brand name, logo, copy, photography, and design — is the property of Premeditated Coffee Co. and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. PROHIBITED USE
